Thin Metal Parts' chemical etching is an excellent choice for a wide range of designs and applications, offering tight tolerances, a long list of available materials & thicknesses, quick lead times, and competitive pricing. Through continuous innovation, SinoGuide has elevated this tried-and-true process to new levels of capability. SinoGuide has been in the business of custom metal fabrication since 2007. Specializing in photochemical milling, we are able to manufacture parts to your exact specifications holding extremely precise tolerances. With our process there are no expensive blanking dies so lead-times are shortened and design changes won't cost you a fortune.
Solving Metal Forming Issues
All design is an iterative process, and changes are inevitable. Brass photo-etching gives a part designer room for adjustment to yield a functioning part. Photo-etching also has the unique capability to address both sides of a part. Lines, logos and pockets can be etched in one side but not the other. Typical brass parts that respond well to the photo-etching process include springs, battery holders, grounding clips, tabs and connectors, among many others.
SinoGuide uses metal etching processes to create custom metal parts based on customer requirements. SinoGuide products include
brass etchings,
aluminum etchings and
copper etchings, in small or large sizes and in varying quantities.
SinoGuide' Brass Photo Etching Services
Using
photo chemical machining, SinoGuide produces high precision, tight tolerance brass parts. All our brass parts are completely custom, and made to match the unique designs of our customers. Brass is available in numerous alloys and grades, and we can help you select the ideal variety for your specific needs.
Photo chemical machining is a highly repeatable, cost effective method of producing brass parts in high or low volumes, as well as prototype parts. We can produce simple or complex parts that are burr-free and have no work hardening, no heat affected zones, and unaffected surface finishes. We can also use half or partial chemical etching processes to add intricate details, such as logos or lettering that vary in thickness but do not cut completely through the material.
We stock a large inventory of brass, in various alloys/grades, and can provide all the materials required for your project. We can also work with customer-supplied materials in our brass photo chemical machining processes.
For over 10 years, SinoGuide has been manufacturing intricate, burr-free and stress-free
etched metal parts from both standard and exotic non-corrosive metals.
